THE THOROUGHBREDMUSIC STABLE - Artiste Management, agency, promotion, recording label.

                                                              THE UK PINK FLOYD

As the name suggests,  "Thoroughbredmusic" was founded by Adrian Collis, a respected licensee and music venue owner to further the careers of the incredible thoroughbred talent that he found was offering to play in his bars. This resulted in a collaboration with friend BILLY BRAGG and terminal cancer sufferer: MAXINE EDGINGTON who penned the song "We Laughed", and the subsequent formation and management of The Rosetta Life Band to perform it. The song was a top 20 hit in 2005, with several live shows and TV shows including The 2005 "New Years Eve Live" BBC1 program, and raised a lot of money for The Rosetta Life charity.

Long term friend and EX STACKRIDGE frontman MUTTER SLATER has also became a member of The Thoroughbredmusic Stable, and have recently released the first MUTTER SLATER BAND CD: "Riding a Hurricane" to much music press acclaim, and subsequent tours. See details for other pedigree acts in the Thoroughbredmusic stable, and where you can see them live or buy their CD's.

ThoroughbredMusic has also promoted legendary Faces/Small faces IAN McLAGAN and THE BUMP BAND,  GERAINT WATKINS/ROBBIE McINTSOSH BAND, Hoax front man JON AMOR, highly acclaimed jazz/soul singer JULIE DUNN, blues outfit THE PRODUCERS, and many more.

We have also just taken over management of the best PINK FLOYD tribute band around in  the "UK PINK FLOYD", and are negotiating with their agent: Don Mckay of Rhino, and management team QEDG to PROMOTE the superb SONJA KRISTINA and CURVED AIR, as well as her MASK collaboration with the classical genius MARVIN AYRES. Also in the pipeline is a jazz fused all girl line-up with the talented SAX IN THE CITY and ex VAN MORRISON sax player CHARLOTTE STOREY, along with singer/pianist JULIE DUNN. Also a recent chance meeting with the lovely Polly of "POLLY AND THE BILLETS DOUX" may lead to a future association!

Add to that a planned collaboration with Scotland's answer to Taylor Swift that is ESTHER O'CONNOR, and west country blues New Orleans funk rockers MOTEL 6, and a new exceptional talent form Exeter: JAMES LUSBY. The Thoroughbredmusic stable is filling up with masses of talent.....exciting times....watch this site for further details...tour announcements,  and album release details.

Best wishes, keep rocking....Adrian
